There is so much work to be done on an individual level, and there are myriad opportunities to fall into a pattern that would leave you sleep walking through your life. Each decision made consciously and from a base of understanding [oneself.] Opening one's life to another person is an incalcuably monumentous experience; peculiar and important. It's crucial to embark upon this joining without [so much] trepidation and hesitation. There is ground work to be completed for this to be possible.
Not as a means to find validation and worth.
Not as a means to fulfill physical desires.
Because you have found each other heading in the same direction on a familiar road.
Do I have what I need, or do I just want what's around?
